Speed, framed in purple.

The Uncle Panda Butterfly Ruin is a balanced glass mousepad presented in a premium white leather carrying case—a standout inclusion that adds a sense of occasion to unboxing and a refined way to store and transport the pad. Its micro-etched tempered glass surface pairs a mostly smooth glide with subtle tactile feedback, while the uncoated finish offers lasting performance without a coating to wear away and keeps skin sticking to a minimum. Measuring 490 × 420 mm, Butterfly Ruin rests on a full-coverage purple silicone base, completing a package that feels as considered as it looks.

Micro-Etched Speed Surface

Butterfly Ruin uses a micro-etched tempered glass surface tuned for speed.

The etched finish gives the surface its own physical texture while maintaining the quick, low-resistance character expected from a speed-oriented glasspad.

2mm Glass Construction

The pad uses a 2mm glass plate paired with a 0.8mm base, creating a substantial but relatively low-profile platform for your mouse.

At 490 × 420mm, Butterfly Ruin provides plenty of usable space for large movements without taking over the entire desk.

Full-Coverage Silicone Base

Underneath the glass is a full-coverage food-grade silicone base designed to provide a stable foundation across the entire pad.

Packaging

  • Butterfly Ruin comes packaged in a leather storage case, giving the pad a more considered presentation while providing a dedicated way to store and protect it when not in use.
